27 – 29 Jan 2012, Southbank, London
Do your taste buds a favour this weekend and get along to the Real Food Market on London’s Southbank. Try some really good coffee from Ethiopia, where the coffee is grown at high altitude in the perfect coffee-growing climate. Only the green beans are then chosen for roasting by hand in small batches to produce….mmmmwwwah, come and along taste for yourself! Burgers – London or NY? Do you favour a burger topped with a slice of Kraft cheese and French’s mustard? Or does prime organic Kentish beef with classic unpasteurised Stichelton blue cheese from Nottinghamshire, lovingly squeezed between the two halves of a soft, glazed sesame seed bun baked by St John’s Bakery do it for you? John Quilter will be there, doing his food busking thing cooking, amongst other dishes, Suckling Pig with a Fig and Duck and Cherry Beer Dog with Celeriac Slaw. Our tummies rumbling already…
The Real Food Market is on all weekend on London’s Southbank, located behind the Royal festival Hall. More info: http://www.realfoodfestival.co.uk/markets/real-food-market-at-southbank-centre
