The line-up is mouth-watering – over 400 passionate producers, celebrated chefs and some delicious street food. Add a generous helping of live music, workshops, tastings and debates, mix well with livestock, gardening tips and the ultra glamorous Mrs Paisley’s Lashings pop up restaurant and you’ve got a fantastic culinary creation!

Chef demos – Giorgio Locatelli of Michelin-starred Locanda Locatelli and regarded by many as the founding father of British Italian gastronomy, Fergus Henderson of ‘nose to tail’ St John, Valentine Warner, Sat Bains, Henry Harris of Racine, Jane Baxter of Riverford Organic Field Kitchen, Channel 4’s very own ‘Willy Wonka’ Willie Carcourt Cooze, Richard Bertinet of Bertinet Kitchen cookery school, Jun Tanaka of Pearl, Tristan Welch, Lucas Hollweg and Richard Kirkwood of J Sheekey.

There’ll be butchery demos by Allens of Mayfair, a working tea garden, cheese workshops by La Cage A Fromage, a sheep show, ‘grow your own organic’ help, taste experiences for kids and the launch of Jamie Oliver’s new food range. More info:
