It’s Southport’s annual foodie celebration with celebrity and local chefs, restaurant village, producers’ markets, chilli and chocolate Festivals plus much more. Entry is FREE.
The Town Hall Gardens will be transformed into the Festival Plaza, home of the Food Village, Spring Beer Festival Bar and Live Cookery Theatre. Over the weekend the entire Festival Plaza will have a family friendly theme with festival kids’ menus and plenty of activities for the entire family.
The Bandstand Gardens will be home to the first ever Southport Chilli Festival, Chocolate Festival and English Wine Fair. Lord Street will host the Artisan Market.
Further along Lord Street, Monument Square you’ll find the Street Food Fair, an entire area dedicated to the nation’s latest love of globally-inspired food on the street.
Chapel Street will be transformed into a Local Producers Market, showcasing some of the very best local and regional local produce. Watch out for ‘Love Food Hate Waste’ who will be encouraging people to join the pledge and giving out tips and information on saving your household up to £50 each month.
